Data you provide voluntarily - if you email or call me, I process the data you share yourself (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message content), solely to respond to your enquiry and handle potential cooperation (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Server logs - the hosting provider processes standard logs (including IP address and request time) to keep the service secure and operational (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies

The public part of this website does not use cookies or any other identifiers for marketing, analytics or tracking purposes. That's why there is no cookie consent banner here - there is nothing to consent to.

Only the admin panel (accessible solely to the site owner) uses strictly necessary session cookies for signing in. They do not affect visitors.

4. Visit statistics

The website uses Vercel Analytics - a cookieless statistics tool that collects only aggregated visit data (e.g. page view counts). It does not identify individuals, build profiles or track users across websites.

5. Data recipients

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., and content data (blog posts, portfolio) is stored in a Neon database. These providers process technical data only to the extent necessary to run the service. Data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

I keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and in the case of cooperation - for its duration plus any period required by law (e.g. tax regulations).

7. Your rights
